West of Sicily will attend the BIT tourism exhibition in Milan – Fieramilanocity, from 10 to 12 April 2022 (Regione Siciliana, PAD 3 – STAND A07 F06).

From art to culture, from nature to enogastronomy, from its mild climate to sport and the environmental resources, the western area of the island will be the subject of meetings, discussions and studies.

The brand WestofSicily, conceived, created, managed and promoted by the Fondazione del Distretto Turistico Sicilia Occidentale, operates in a strategic and continuous perspective, exploiting all the factors that are key to enhancing the territorial identity, differentiating from the rest of the touristic offer and promoting an integrated system of values, services and attractions.

In order to foster the knowledge of Western Sicily among national and international press and tour operators, multilingual brochures have been prepared which offer a number of recommendations about the “emotions to live” in this area (download available here).

Additionally, maps in English, French, German and Spanish (besides Italian) with a brief list of the touristic experiences offered by West of Sicily have been designed and created for tourists from all over the world (download available here).
