Ancient roots: this is one of the main characteristics of this noble grape variety, which is widespread in the Trapani area.
In the countryside of this area, it is not unusual to find its sunny grapes, with clusters that are sometimes large and sometimes dense in their composition. Thanks to a skilful vinification process that combines modern cellar technology – such as lowering the temperature, night-time harvest and fermentation temperature control – its grapes produce fruity and fragrant wines that, when fresh, pair perfectly with local ingredients, including fish, tuna, swordfish, soft cheeses and vegetables.
