A fitness and wellbeing program that combines physical and mental activity with the promotion of the territory. Every Monday afternoon in August, enthusiasts and not can attend an outdoor session of yoga, held by a professional teacher in the most beautiful places of the area (Lido of Valderice, Rio Forgia, pine forest, little port of Bonagia), totally immersed in nature and enjoying the beautiful sunset and the varied landscape that the area offers.
