Historical Re-enactment Trapani - Mount Erice 2025

The Rievocazione Storica Trapani - Monte Erice is a tourist/cultural event organised by the Club Auto e Moto d'Epoca F. Sartarelli scheduled for 28 and 29 June 2025, which aims to enhance the beauty of the Sicilian territory through the passion for engines in general and for historic cars, commemorating, at the same time, the golden years of one of the most important races organised in Sicily. The event is reserved for historic racing cars built from the origins up to the year 1990, which have played a leading role over the years in major motorsport competitions. A plunge into the past, looking to the future. A parade of historic cars that excites not only fans, but also the many curious onlookers who for two days will be able to admire a veritable museum in motion in the area between Trapani, Valderice and Erice.

The public will be able to admire the cars on two occasions: on the afternoon of Saturday 28 in the city of Trapani, where they will stop in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele for scrutineering and from where the night-time parade through the streets of the city centre with its Concours d'Elegance will start, and on Sunday 29 along the route of the first edition of the Monte Erice, which took place in 1954, with a stretch of about 4 kilometres closed to traffic to make the route to the finish line of Monte Erice more exciting and safer.

SATURDAY 28 JUNE

DYNAMIC ELEGANCE CONTEST

9.00 a.m.: technical/sports checks and static exhibition of cars c/o Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, Trapani
19.00: welcome drink and briefing
21.00: dinner c/o Villa Regina Margerita park
22.30: town night parade in period costume

SUNDAY 29 JUNE

HISTORICAL RE-ENACTMENT 1ST MONTE ERICE

9.30 am: start of the parade from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele - 16.55 km

10.30 am: arrival in Valderice and start of the first re-enactment on roads closed to traffic - 4.00 km
11.30 am: start of the second re-enactment - 4.00 km
14.00: final lunch and awards ceremony
