Port of Trapani

Port of Trapani Port of Trapani
Crowded with ferries that allow you to reach in very short trips of small paradises on the sea, such as the Egadi or Pantelleria, and ships for the main places of the western Mediterranean, the port of Trapani is a living area of the city, adjacent to its historic centre.

The Lighthouse of Scoglio Palumbo plays a very important role in the navigation of all the boats that land or sail here. It was built in 1881: a cylindrical tower, juxtaposed to a white rectangular building, and its location make it a place full of charm, although it cannot be visited.
