Red Garlic Experience: The Second Edition In Nubia On 12 June

The Red Garlic Experience returns, a unique event to discover a delicacy from Western Sicily: Nubia Red Garlic, the cultivation of which still takes place today according to traditional methods.
The Red Garlic Experience is an unusual event, which allows visitors to participate in the traditional manual harvest and the historical stringing of garlic, including tastings of local specialities and meetings with producers to discover all the secrets of this Sicilian delicacy.
And again, visits to the farm of the ‘RossoNubia’ cooperative and inside the Riserva Naturale Orientata delle Saline di Trapani e Paceco, to enjoy a relaxing bike ride or a walk in the company of WWF guides.
