Suburban park of Cerriolo

This park, which is located along the path that once connected the historical centre of Custonaci with the caves of Scurati, allows you to admire a wonderful scenery of the Gulf of Bonagia and to follow with your eyes the winding coast, bordered to the west by Mount Erice and to the north by the imposing Mount Cofano.

Entering the park on the old mule track, through the low shrubs typical of the Mediterranean maquis such as the dwarf palm, you can reach its interesting caves, such as the one known as “Cufuni”, with formations of stalactites and stalagmites.
