Stella Maris

In the evocative setting of the Bay of Cornino (Baia di Cornino), a dip in the sea can result in a unique experience.

The product of the fusion of ancient religious traditions and the creative genius of a local craftsman, Stella Maris is a sculpture made entirely from a block of Perlato di Sicilia and represents the image of the Madonna of Custonaci. Set on the bottom of the bay at a depth of 13 metres, a red buoy marks its location.
